About this workshop
Family Constellations is a group process, developed by Bert Hellinger, in which participants stand in for members of a family system. Through simple, guided movements and words, hidden dynamics can become visible — often bringing clarity, peace and a renewed sense of belonging.
You can bring a question of your own, or take part as a representative for others. Both are part of the work, and no previous experience is needed.
